Soy Nutrition Our Organic Soy Flour is very low in Cholesterol and Sodium while delivering fiber and beneficial isoflavones - phytoestrogen compounds that may help protect against certain types of cancer. Soy is a complete protein, with all amino acids and is also a good source of Protein, Vitamin K, Riboflavin, Folate, Phosphorus and Potassium, Magnesium, Copper and Manganese. Tasty Tips and Storage Use soy flour to replace up to 30% of the flour in your recipe, or try it as a thickening agent in cooked dishes. When baking with soy flour, be aware that foods baked with soy flour tend to brown more quickly. Soy flour can also be used to condition bread dough: add one tablespoon soy flour for each cup of flour in your bread recipe. The soy adds nutrients and yields a lighter loaf. Store soy flour as you would other flours, in our resealable bag or airtight container in a cool, dry place.
