Grainworks Organic Yellow Cornmeal is made from our Non-GMO whole yellow corn ground carefully in our stone mills in small batches. This cornmeal is ground into the right texture for baking, tamales and more. Corn: Not just for popping or roasting! Whole grain cornmeal is a good source of protein and fiber, plus vitamins and minerals including essential amino acids, magnesium, phosphorus, niacin, folate and vitamins B-6, A, E and K.Cornmeal It can also be prepared from other grains.
